DEVIN TABOR 

This project incorporates two additional dwelling units onto an original Gregory Ain Mar Vista lot while making a communal harmony between the three units with communal spaces as well as individual private spaces for each unit to retain outdoor privacy. The project sets up zones of spaces ranging from public to private as to keep a relation to the public realm, but also provide a private space which can be used communally among the extended family that is staying on this lot.
